REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

The official language of the school is English. All candidates must have good communication skills in this language.

 

Application qualification: Senior Undergraduate students (last year), Master and PhD students from physics and engineering: mechanical, electronics, computer, electrical, mechatronics, control, or similar disciplines.

 

 

Complete the registration process. These are the steps to follow in order to apply:

 

1. Please fill in the registration form (see Registration).

 

2. Please supply the following documents:

 

• Your updated CV.

• A cover letter stating why you want to come and how will you benefit by attending the school.

• A letter of recommendation from your advisor or one of your professors (Please have your advisor/professor email it to us directly, letters sent from students personal email will not be accepted).

 

Applications should be emailed to mepas@fisica.ugto.mx NOT LATER THAN 30 SEPTEMBER 2015 (Incomplete applications will not be considered).

 

If you have any document that certifies your English level, scan it and send it along with your application. This is not a requirement for participating.

 

40 students will be selected to participate in the school by the organizers. You will receive a notification by MONTH DD. All the selected students will receive financial support as follows: registration fee, ground transportation (exceptionally cases will get support for flight tickets) and hotel (breakfast included).

 

Please note that lunch and dinner are NOT included.
